Getting out of the house ontime

Prior to Baby Boy Sprout, I was always rushing out the door. And now, I was adding Baby Boy Sprout to the mix.
Here are some tips for getting out the door on time:
(1) Pack the diaper bag the night before and set it by the door. Remember the diapers, wipes, dirty diaper bag, change of clothes, bottles, bibs and cover up (if you’re nursing).
(2) Set your and baby’s clothes out the night before.
(3) Give yourself enough time to shower in the morning. Even if that means waking up early.
It’ll take several tries before you figure out how much time you’ll need for a shower and to get your routine set. The biggest tip is to try and do as much the night before.
What do you do to get yourself and your little one(s) out the door on time?
